Requirements analysis
We capture the use case, operating conditions, and constraints for optics, electronics, enclosure, and interfaces.

Mechanical and optical design
We develop 3D models, layout, design documentation, and thermal and optical models of the product.

Electronics and circuit boards
We design control boards and software, select components, perform assembly, and run initial verification.

Assembly and cleanrooms
We assemble display assemblies in ISO 6–7 cleanrooms, controlling particulate contamination, geometry, and process stability.

Optical bonding
We bond LCD panels, protective glass, filters, heaters, and touch panels in a 100 m² Euro-6 bonding area.
06
Testing and release
We verify optical, electrical, and functional parameters and prepare the product for handover or serial production.
